Dữ liệu BKTEST thu thập

• Tài khoản: họ tên, email, số điện thoại, ngày sinh, trường, lớp. Mật khẩu chỉ được lưu dưới dạng đã băm (hash).
• Đăng nhập bằng Google: mã tài khoản Google, email, trạng thái xác minh email và tên. BKTEST không lưu ảnh đại diện và không truy cập Gmail, Drive hay danh bạ của bạn.
• Học tập: câu trả lời, điểm, thời gian làm bài, tiến độ, câu hỏi đã lưu, từ vựng, ghi chú lỗi sai, ảnh chụp và bài viết tay bạn tải lên, bản ghi âm phần thi nói, số lần rời khỏi màn hình khi đang làm bài và các báo lỗi câu hỏi bạn gửi.
• Đơn hàng: khóa học, thời hạn, số tiền, mã đơn, trạng thái thanh toán và mã giao dịch ngân hàng. Bạn trả bằng chuyển khoản trong app ngân hàng của mình, nên BKTEST không nhận thông tin thẻ hay thông tin đăng nhập ngân hàng.
• Kỹ thuật: địa chỉ IP và vị trí gần đúng (quốc gia, khu vực, thành phố) lúc đăng ký, thiết bị đã được tin cậy và báo cáo lỗi kỹ thuật.
• Phụ huynh: số điện thoại và email của phụ huynh khi được cung cấp để nhận báo cáo học tập.

BKTEST dùng dữ liệu để làm gì

• Tạo và bảo vệ tài khoản, gửi mã đăng nhập và email đặt lại mật khẩu.
• Cung cấp bài thi, chấm điểm, nhận xét bài làm và theo dõi tiến độ.
• Xử lý đơn hàng, mở gói học và gửi thông báo liên quan.
• Gửi báo cáo học tập cho phụ huynh. Phụ huynh có thể hủy nhận báo cáo qua liên kết trong email.
• Hỗ trợ bạn, sửa lỗi và ngăn lạm dụng.
• Biết người đăng ký đến từ đâu để phục vụ việc tư vấn. Thông tin IP và vị trí không được dùng để quyết định quyền truy cập.

Dữ liệu từ Google

BKTEST chỉ dùng dữ liệu Google để đăng nhập và liên kết tài khoản của bạn. BKTEST không bán dữ liệu này, không dùng nó cho quảng cáo và chỉ chia sẻ với các đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ nêu dưới đây khi cần để vận hành nền tảng.

Chấm bài bằng AI

Bài viết, bản ghi âm phần thi nói và câu trả lời viết tay có thể được gửi tới nhà cung cấp AI (trong đó có Google Gemini) để chấm điểm, chép lại lời nói hoặc soạn nhận xét.

Những bên nhận dữ liệu

BKTEST không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu được chia sẻ với các bên sau khi cần để vận hành dịch vụ:

• Fly.io: máy chủ và cơ sở dữ liệu, đặt tại Singapore.
• Cloudflare: định tuyến mạng và lưu trữ tệp.
• Google: đăng nhập và dịch vụ AI. Các nhà cung cấp AI khác: như mô tả ở trên.
• Nhà cung cấp email: gửi mã đăng nhập, thông báo và báo cáo.
• Telegram: thông báo nội bộ cho quản trị viên về đơn hàng, báo lỗi câu hỏi và yêu cầu xóa tài khoản. Yêu cầu xóa có kèm tên và email của bạn.
• Sentry: báo cáo lỗi kỹ thuật, không ghi lại phiên làm việc của bạn.
• Desmos, dictionaryapi.dev và Datamuse: máy tính trong bài thi và tra từ. Trình duyệt của bạn kết nối trực tiếp với các dịch vụ này khi bạn dùng các tính năng đó.
• Phụ huynh đã liên kết: xem kết quả và tiến độ học tập của học sinh.
• Cơ quan có thẩm quyền: khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

Vì các đơn vị này hoạt động ở nhiều quốc gia, dữ liệu của bạn có thể được xử lý bên ngoài Việt Nam.

Cookie và lưu trữ trên trình duyệt

BKTEST dùng cookie để giữ bạn đăng nhập, ghi nhớ thiết bị đã tin cậy và ghi nhớ ngôn ngữ bạn chọn, đồng thời lưu một số dữ liệu trên trình duyệt (ví dụ bài đang làm dở). BKTEST không dùng cookie quảng cáo hay công cụ phân tích hành vi của bên thứ ba.

Lưu trữ và xóa dữ liệu

Dữ liệu được giữ trong suốt thời gian tài khoản còn tồn tại. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản bằng cách liên hệ với BKTEST, hoặc trong phần cài đặt tài khoản nếu có mục này. Quản trị viên sẽ xử lý yêu cầu và tài khoản vẫn hoạt động cho đến lúc đó.

Khi tài khoản được xóa, dữ liệu gắn với tài khoản cũng bị xóa, nhưng bản sao lưu có thể còn lại cho đến khi bị thay thế. Tài khoản có đơn hàng đã thanh toán chưa thể xóa theo cách thông thường; BKTEST sẽ liên hệ với bạn để xử lý.

Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể xem và sửa hồ sơ trong phần cài đặt tài khoản nếu có mục này. Để yêu cầu bản sao, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu, hoặc để phản đối một cách xử lý dữ liệu, hãy liên hệ theo thông tin ở cuối trang.

Học sinh dưới 16 tuổi

Nhiều người dùng BKTEST là học sinh từ lớp 6 đến lớp 12. Nếu bạn chưa đủ 16 tuổi, hãy dùng BKTEST với sự đồng ý của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ. Cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ có thể liên hệ với BKTEST để hỏi về dữ liệu của con hoặc yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu đó.

Bảo mật

BKTEST dùng kết nối mã hóa, băm mật khẩu và mã xác minh qua email để bảo vệ tài khoản. Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối, vì vậy hãy giữ kín mật khẩu và báo ngay cho BKTEST nếu thấy điều bất thường.

Thay đổi và liên hệ

BKTEST sẽ cập nhật trang này khi cách xử lý dữ liệu thay đổi và ghi rõ ngày cập nhật ở đầu trang.

Data BKTEST collects

• Account: name, email, phone number, date of birth, school and grade. Passwords are stored only as hashes.
• Google sign-in: your Google account ID, email, email verification status and name. BKTEST does not keep your profile picture and does not access your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
• Learning: answers, scores, time spent, progress, saved questions, vocabulary, error-log notes, screenshots and handwritten work you upload, speaking recordings, how often you leave the screen during a test, and question reports you send.
• Orders: course, length, amount, order code, payment status and bank reference. You pay by transfer in your own banking app, so BKTEST never receives card details or banking logins.
• Technical: IP address and approximate location (country, region, city) at sign-up, trusted devices and technical error reports.
• Parents: a parent's phone number and email, when provided to receive progress reports.

How BKTEST uses data

• To create and protect accounts, and send sign-in codes and password reset emails.
• To deliver tests, grade them, comment on work and track progress.
• To process orders, open plans and send related notices.
• To send progress reports to parents. Parents can unsubscribe through the link in the email.
• To support you, fix problems and prevent abuse.
• To understand where sign-ups come from, in support of course advice. IP and location data are never used to decide access.

Google user data

BKTEST uses Google data only to sign you in and link your account. BKTEST does not sell this data, does not use it for advertising and shares it only with the service providers listed below where needed to run the platform.

AI grading

Written work, speaking recordings and handwritten answers may be sent to AI providers (including Google Gemini) to grade them, transcribe speech or draft comments.

Who receives data

BKTEST does not sell personal data. It shares data with the following where needed to run the service:

• Fly.io: servers and databases, located in Singapore.
• Cloudflare: network routing and file storage.
• Google: sign-in and AI services. Other AI providers: as described above.
• Email provider: delivers sign-in codes, notices and reports.
• Telegram: internal notices to the administrator about orders, question reports and account deletion requests. A deletion request includes your name and email.
• Sentry: technical error reports, without recording your sessions.
• Desmos, dictionaryapi.dev and Datamuse: the test calculator and word lookups. Your browser connects to these services directly when you use those features.
• Linked parents: can see the student's results and progress.
• Authorities: when the law requires it.

Because these providers operate in several countries, your data may be processed outside Vietnam.

Cookies and browser storage

BKTEST uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember trusted devices and remember your language, and stores some data in your browser (such as a test in progress). BKTEST does not use advertising cookies or third-party behaviour analytics.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can ask for your account to be deleted by contacting BKTEST, or in your account settings where that option appears. The administrator handles the request, and the account keeps working until then.

When an account is deleted, the data tied to it is deleted too, though backups may hold copies until they are replaced. An account with paid orders cannot be deleted the usual way; BKTEST will contact you to sort this out.

Your rights

You can view and edit your profile in your account settings where that option appears. To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or to object to how it is handled, use the contact details at the end of this page.

Users under 16

Many BKTEST users are students in grades 6 to 12. If you are under 16, use BKTEST with the consent of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian can contact BKTEST to ask about a child's data or to request its deletion.

Security

BKTEST uses encrypted connections, password hashing and emailed verification codes to protect accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your password private and tell BKTEST promptly if something looks wrong.
